GENERAL CONDITIONS OF RESIDENCY

  3. Parking: Vehicles are parked at the personal risk of the owner. Thaba Tshwene will not be held liable for any loss or damage.
  4. The guest acknowledges that they are entering the premises of Thaba Tshwene at their own risk.
  5. Thaba Tshwene is a non-smoking establishment. A fine of R1500.00 will apply for smoking in the rooms by order of Management.
  6. Breakage fee will be charged to the individuals account. We reserve the right to charge for any damage incurred during your stay.
  7. We are a fully licenced lodge. You are not authorised to bring any alcohol on the premises.
  8. No noise after 23h00. Please consider other guests staying over.
  9. Please NOTE that we are strictly a NO self-catering lodge and that NO food and NO alcohol from outside are allowed.
  10. We have a fully licensed A la Carte restaurant on the premises to provide all your needs.
  11. Braai’s are only on pre- arrangement.
  12. Any alcohol from the outside will be confiscated if found and a hefty fine will be applied to your bill.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

  • Check in at 14h00
  • Check out strictly 10h00. Please arrange for a later check out with reception in advance.
  • Indemnity to be signed on check in.
  • ID or drivers licence to be presented at check in.
  • CCTV camera surveillance 24 hours.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • No reservation is confirmed without proof of full payment or presentation of payment voucher by a registered Travel Agent.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Accommodation cancellations must preferably be in writing, minimum of 24 hours in advance.
  2. In case of a telephonic cancellation for accommodation a reference email will be sent as confirmation.
  3. In the event of a reservation being guaranteed by a travel agent voucher, credit card purchase order or company bill back voucher, the full value of the reservation will be charged.
  4. “No Show” on the first night accommodation will automatically lead to the cancellation of the reservation and the loss of the full payment if no prior notification.
